Noah Okafor is attracting interest from two Turkish clubs while he has already rejected a team in Brazil, reports claim.
One of the sub-plots to Milan’s summer transfer window is the number of players returning from loan that are no longer deemed part of the plans and must therefore exit again.
Among these is Okafor, who had an unsuccessful spell at Napoli in the second half of 2024-25, albeit with some Scudetto celebrations to enjoy.
Okafor in demand
According to MilanNewsBesiktas are interested in signing Okafor. They have just signed Tammy Abraham for €20m from Roma and are talking to the entourage of the Swiss forward to understand his wishes. Then, if they get the green light, they will begin negotiations with Milan.
Luca Bianchin of La Gazzetta dello Sport wrote on X: “Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş have informed Milan that they are willing to take Noah Okafor on a free loan. Milan are not interested and are only open to a sale. Okafor in June said no to Flamengo, who were ready to pay €15m for him.”
It is a situation that could well be resolved quickly in the best interests of all parties, given that preseason begins in less than one week and Massimiliano Allegri plans to streamline the squad.
