Arsenal have been drawn alongside eight teams for the league phase of the 2025/26 Champions League.
The Gunners exceeded expectations during the previous campaign as they reached the last four of the elite European competition.
They will be aiming to go all the way this time around. UEFA have today revealed the eight clubs Arsenal will face in the league phase.
The Gunners have been drawn alongside familiar rivals Bayern from Pot 1. The German champions previously eliminated Arsenal during the 2023/24 quarter-final stage.
Arsenal will be aiming to avenge that result at the Emirates Stadium. Inter Milan are the Gunners’ second opponents from Pot 1. The Nerazzurri won 1-0 at the same stage last term.
Mikel Arteta’s side produced a quality attacking performance at San Siro, but the Nerazzurri had a sturdy defence and managed to hold onto a slender lead from the penalty spot.
The Gunners will once again be on the road to last season’s Champions League finalists.
In Pot 2, Arsenal will host Atletico Madrid at home alongside an away trip to Belgium to face Club Brugge.
The Gunners previously met Atletico in the 2018 Europa League semi-final where they lost 2-1 on aggregate.
In Pot 3, the London giants are scheduled to face Olympiacos (home) and Slavia Prague (away).
Arsenal and Olympiacos have been pitted against each other on 12 occasions in European competitions since 2009.
Champions League debutants Kairat Almaty are Arsenal’s opponents at home from Pot 4.
Athletic Bilbao are the final team drawn. The Gunners will travel to the Basque Country to face Ernesto Valverde’s side.
