Haaland strikes again as City extend unbeaten run
Erling Haaland scored his ninth Premier League goal of the season as Manchester City beat Brentford 1-0 at the Gtech Community Stadium.
The Norwegian opened the scoring after just nine minutes as he latched onto a long ball and showed great physicality to hold off Sepp van den Berg before rifling home into the bottom corner.
The result takes City up to fifth in the league ahead of the international break and extends their unbeaten run in all competitions to seven matches.
