The world No. 4 won 6-0 2-6 6-2 in the final in Beijing to clinch her second WTA title of the season and the fourth of her career.
The 24-year-old, who dropped to the court following the winning point, said afterwards: “What a two weeks it’s been. We’ve had a lot of challenges.
“Despite that we’ve had a lot of fun and worked very hard, it’s crazy we made it this far.
“To get the win today has been really special. I’m excited for a lot more, and hopefully we can keep going.”
The American started the final in ruthless form, not dropping a game as she stormed to the opening set inside half an hour.
But Noskova responded well, breaking her opponent in the first game of the second set and going on to take it 6-2 after a second break later on.
The pair split the opening four games of the deciding set, but Anisimova stepped up at the crucial moment, winning four successive games to seal the title.
It’s been a dominant tournament from Anisimova, knocking out world No. 8 Jasmine Paolini in the quarter-finals before thumping world No. 3 Coco Gauff in the semi-finals in just 58 minutes, losing only three games against her compatriot.
The triumph in Beijing marks her second title of an impressive breakout season, having won in Qatar in February, before losing in the finals at both Wimbledon and Flushing Meadows.
Noskova, contesting her first WTA 1000 final, was even more surprised to have reached the final after starting her Beijing run as world No. 27.
The 20-year-old said afterwards: “These two weeks have been great.
“I definitely wasn’t coming here thinking I would play in the final, so that was a nice surprise. Definitely a great tournament for my career.”
