Even as Hansi Flick prepares to get FC Barcelona’s pre-season underway from Sunday, the club’s sporting department is working towards finalising some departures in the coming days.
Pablo Torre is on his way out, and a few more players, such as Oriol Romeu and Pau Victor, are expected to follow suit in the coming days.
Barcelona want €5 million for Victor
While Romeu is expected to leave with a letter of freedom, Barcelona hope to bring in some cash from the departure of Victor.
Indeed, as per SPORTBarcelona are seeking at least €5 million for a percentage of the 23-year-old attacker’s rights this summer.
The former Girona starlet’s departure might not be immediate as Barça plan to keep him in the squad until a new forward is signed.

However, should an offer meeting their demands come along, Victor will be allowed to leave, only a year after he joined the Blaugrana on a permanent transfer.
What next for Victor?
There has been plenty of interest in the attacker, with Real Betis emerging as a strong candidate for his signing.
Meanwhile, the youngster’s former club, Girona, have also not closed the doors on his potential return to Estadi Montilivi.
Whether they are willing to meet Barcelona’s asking price of at least €5 million for Victor remains a big question, however.
Victor joined Barça in 2023, initially signing for the reserve team on loan, where he made a big impression, prompting the club to sign him permanently last summer.
Even though he impressed on the pre-season tour under Hansi Flick, opportunities were very hard to come by for him once the campaign started. As such, a departure is now very much on the cards.
