The Minnesota Timberwolves
officially became the first team to punch a ticket to the second
round after sweeping the Phoenix Suns on Sunday, Day 9 of the 2024
NBA Playoffs. The Wolves displayed incredible effort on both ends
of the floor to outplay the Suns on four straight games and ended
up sweeping them at their home floor. The Knicks and the Pacers
both built up 3-1 leads vs their opponents dealing with injuries.
The Clippers on one end tied their series with the Mavericks going
into Game 5 back in LA.
