Donovan Mitchell erupted for 39
points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers
past the Orlando Magic in the lone Game 7 of the first round of the
2024 NBA Playoffs on Sunday afternoon.
Mitchell and the Cavs spoiled a
big performance from 21-year-old sophomore Paolo Banchero, who
scored 38 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to take the
victory.
Mitchell and the Cavaliers will
now move on to the second round to face the Boston Celtics in the
Eastern Conference Semifinals.
